I am happy today to formally announce the deployment of 2 new servers, Titus and Solomon - Titus has been in production for a while, but Solomon is the new kid on the block - both are going to only offer the upcoming packages - and have limited accounts per server (25-30 max). More information will come with the new website which I am still working on, but have re-worked a lot of pricing,...

As you may notice there are some visible changes to the billing system, they are not 100% complete yet, but security concerns beckoned and felt customer security was more important than the look and feel of things - stay tuned more is on it's way! As some of you may noticed the SSL certificates on some cPanel logins have expired, with Firefox 3 and Internet Explorer 7 this is bringing up security warnings - however it is just to let you know they are expired - the certificates are stuck in a renewal "verification" phase so I am trying to get that sorted today and full working SSL should be hopefully be back up and running no...

The issues which hit servers this morning hit the hardware node again, ram was replaced, and the main board had it's BIOS upgrade to further combat the issue after discussions with the hardware vendor. I apologize to all customers for the extended outage, myself and the server crew are monitoring the hardware closely to ensure these patches hold, we may have a outage LATE tonight for more...

This morning there was a brief outage across one of the hardware nodes, 2 servers were offline for about 20 minutes - I apologize for the outage, all operations on Bubs and Business are back to normal - network operations may be slightly sluggish for a little, please be patient and all things will be back to 100% speed in no time!

At the moment there are several migrations in place, your domain may or may not have transfered in DNS just yet, or you may find that your primary domain did, but secondary domains are still on the old URL - things are still in progress, and your continued patience is greatly appreciated. The process slowed with the old line being greatly taxed, but I am still pushing thru to get this...
