When will I get my account setup?

Normally sites are setup within 1 business day, usually however under a few hours, but if there are any flags from your credit card company or our credit card processor the account processing may be delayed. If there are problems, you will be alerted via email, so be sure to keep an eye on your Spam/Junk folders if you did not get the inital email after your order.

Please bear in mind, if you paid via Check or PayPal eCheck - your account will not be started until payment is recieved/cleared.

I haven't gotten ANY email from you, What's going on?

Please open a ticket, thru the portal here, that will ensure you get communcation, also please check your email's spam/junk box for email - with spam on the rise many companies block just about anything that comes in, so please add info@flockhosting.com to your addressbook to ensure things get thru properly.
